SHIPPING POLICY

FREE SHIPPING on all orders within the Continental USA via standard shipping (either UPS or USPS, depending on location of package), and to Alaska, Hawaii & US Territories via USPS. We also offer rush delivery using 2 Day services shipped with USPS, at extra cost. Please specify any special delivery instructions at checkout in the "Comments" section or e-mail goodybocs@gmail.com. Please note that UPS does not deliver to PO Boxes, APO or FPO addresses and so Standard should be selected for these types of addresses.

 

International Shipping uses USPS Priority International or UPS International service, which offers guaranteed delivery. International shipment costs always vary, so any international guests whose shipping costs are higher than estimated by our system will be contacted with rate estimates to determine whether they would like to continue with their order.

 

**Please note that we require international guests place orders using a PayPal account; other methods of payment, or non-enrolled cards, do not provide sufficient verification and validation and may be cancelled. Accepting international payment via credit card will be left to our discretion. We will notify you by email if there are any issues regarding payment. **

 

All in stock items are normally shipped out 3 to 7 days after your order is received. We specify the additional processing time for periods of larger volume. Please allow an appropriate amount of time for delivery after shipping based upon the method you select.

If for some reason your order is out of stock, we will refund the cost of that Goody Bocs to you. We will contact you first to determine if you would still like to proceed and wait for your Goody Bocs to be back in stock. 

Refund Policy

GoodyBocs strives to provide our customers with the highest quality merchandise and a wonderful shopping experience. If you are not completely satisfied with your on-line, non-custom item, you may return it, for a refund, exchange, or store credit within 14 days from the date received. Returned items must be unused and in their original condition. Clothing items must not have been worn and tags must be attached. Upon receipt of your approved return, Goody Bocs will issue a refund, store credit, or ship the item you selected in exchange.

Custom-designed items, personalized items, and other made-to-order items require payment in full upon order, and cannot be returned or exchanged.

Unfortunately, we cannot refund shipping costs. Return shipping costs are the responsibility of the customer.  This also applies to orders that have qualified for free shipping.

All custom or special order items are final sale, unless there is a mistake on our end.
